Buy Buy Golf Balls is a family owned and operated business based in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The Huether family founded this business after 35 plus years of owning and operating many businesses in the professional beauty industry. Founder, Kelly Huether, and his two daughters—Riley (15) and Reese (10) pack and ship all orders by hand.
Buy Buy Golf Balls was conceived when Kelly sold his last beauty business and joined a country club for the first time in his life. He quickly learned that it takes many hours of practice to improve your handicap, and his preferred method was not to spend that time at the driving range but on the course itself. One Tuesday he was golfing alone at the Bayou Club in Seminole Fl and working on his three wood; he dropped three balls in the fairway and quickly hit all three of those balls LEFT of Hole #4.

It's hard to believe ONE FULL YEAR has passed since we started Buy Buy Golf Balls, Wise Ass Golf, and Developing Young Entrepreneurs. July 15 marks our one year anniversary of shipping our first order to a non Family Member and we thank everyone for their support.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 20.4% of all businesses fail in their first year after opening, and 49.4% fail in the first five years. The Huether Family has been involved in twelve plus family businesses over the years and all of them made it past the Five Year Mark. We are old school and still remember that the Customer comes First. 100% of all orders gained this past year have shipped within one business day of being placed and we are fortunate to still have a 100% customer satisfaction grade on both Shopify and Whatnot. We were fortunate enough to be featured in a USA TODAY article, Success Magazine, and CEO Weekly.
Like all businesses, cash flow is the king and it hasn't been easy this year but Riley, Reese, and I have learned tons about the Golf Ball business and think that years two through five will be prosperous. It's fun and dynamic too being business partners with a Fifteen and Ten year old but we know the business/life lessons will pay off far greater than any profitability for the business.
